Fizz Buzz Bang Boing Bounce — Terms of Use

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Fizz Buzz Bang Boing Bounce app ("the app"), made by HexCR Games ("we", "us"). By using the app, and in particular by posting to the public leaderboard, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't post to the leaderboard. Playing the game itself doesn't require an account. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can post to the leaderboard
You must be 13 or over to post a score to the leaderboard. The app is not intended for children under 13. When you post, you confirm that you are 13 or over and that you agree to these terms.
3. Leaderboard names and scores
When you post, the nickname you enter, your score and the date are shown publicly to every player of the app. Please:
use a nickname, not your real name;
don't include personal information such as your full name, contact details, social media handles, school or location;
don't use names that are offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or threatening, or that harass or impersonate other people;
don't use the leaderboard for advertising, links or spam; and
don't post scores obtained by cheating, tampering with the app or abusing the service.
4. Moderation and reporting
We may remove any leaderboard entry at any time, for any reason, including entries that break these rules, and we don't have to tell you. Anyone can report an entry by tapping the flag icon next to it on the leaderboard. We review reports and remove entries that break these rules. Entries are not linked to an account, so a removed entry can't be restored.

5. Ads and purchases
The app shows optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. The optional one-off unlock is bought through Google Play, and Google's terms and refund policies apply to that purchase.
6. Using the app
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and the leaderboard may be reset, changed or taken down at any time. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep posting after a change, you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
