You set the cost of the tickets, and based on the number of tickets sold, I would get a percentage of the ticket sales and you would get the balance. You would, of course receive 100% of the proceeds from concessions. The Straight Buy-Out Option

The straight buy-out option gives you the chance to make the most money for your organization, but also comes with the greatest risk. You would front my normal fee for the show, which ranges from $375-$500. I will then supply you with however many tickets you would like to sell, and you set the cost of the tickets, and as in the fund-raising model, you would get 100% of the proceeds from any concession sales as well.
