By using the FixTooday app or booking any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Prank calls, fake bookings, or wasting service partner time are strictly prohibited.
In such cases, FixTooday may block the account and take legal action if required.
FixTooday is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service partners.
FixTooday does not provide services directly and is not the employer of service partners.
The price shown at the time of booking is fixed for the selected service.
If the customer requests additional work, extra charges may apply.
Extra work is valid only if updated in the app.
A booking is confirmed only after a service partner is assigned.
Service availability depends on location and time.
Payment must be made after service completion.
Payment can be done online or in cash, as available.
Payment delay or refusal is not allowed.
If a customer cancels services repeatedly, FixTooday may block the account without prior notice.
Bad language, abuse, harassment, or misbehaviour with the service partner is strictly prohibited.
In such cases, the service may be cancelled.
If the service location is unsafe, the partner has the right to cancel the service.
Refund is not guaranteed in such cases.
Warranty and support apply only to services that are:
Listed in the app booking, and
Paid through the app
Any extra work not updated in the app will not be covered.
Damage claims raised after service completion, which did not occur during the service, may be rejected.
FixTooday is not responsible for natural damage, wear and tear, or indirect losses.
In case of fraud, misuse, fake bookings, or platform abuse,
FixTooday may suspend or permanently terminate the account without notice.
By using the FixTooday app or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If the customer takes service directly from the partner outside the app or makes payment outside the app,
FixTooday will not provide any warranty, refund, or support.
Any extra work not updated in the app will not be covered under warranty, support, or complaint handling.
Service partners are not allowed to force tips.
Customers are also not required to give any tip.
Service time shown in the app is an estimate.
Delays may happen due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable reasons.
If the partner reaches the location and the customer is not available or the address is incorrect,
a visit charge may apply and the service may be cancelled.
For very old, already damaged, or poor-condition appliances,
FixTooday does not guarantee full repair or performance improvement.
If the same issue occurs again due to a different reason or root cause,
it may not be covered under warranty.
Service partners use their own tools.
FixTooday is not responsible for damage caused by customer-provided tools or materials.
FixTooday does not guarantee that a service partner will always be available in all locations or at all times.
Discounts, offers, and coupons are subject to specific rules.
FixTooday may change or stop any offer at any time.
FixTooday is not responsible for service issues caused by app downtime, server issues, or technical problems.
Recording photos, audio, or video without mutual permission is not allowed.
Privacy violations may lead to account action.
If a customer hires a partner permanently or repeatedly outside the app,
FixTooday may limit future support or services.
Raising false complaints to get free service, refunds, or discounts is not allowed
and may lead to account suspension.
Customers must ensure a safe working area, proper electricity, water, and access for service completion.
FixTooday is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond control
such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
FixTooday may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated terms.
FixTooday’s decision will be final in disputes related to bookings, payments, refunds, or policy interpretation.
