If our repair doesn't work, we will first try everything we can to salvage it, and if we can't, then we will give you all of your money back. The most important thing to us is your experience.  

We do not have a physical location,  because we operate in a ghost-business format. If you want us to repair your tech, we can arrange a meeting at a public place, and we will get it back to you as soon as we have results. We will soon open a P.O. box you can send your items to.
