Introduction – Fixit Abbottabad
Fixit is a non-political social movement founded by Alamgir Khan, who launched the campaign in Karachi to highlight civic issues by marking open manholes and unattended garbage dumps. Over time, Fixit grew into a powerful youth-driven platform and expanded to many cities across Pakistan, inspiring young people to take action for their communities.
In Abbottabad, Fixit was proudly initiated by Abdul Rehman Pasha, who currently serves as the District Coordinator of Fixit Abbottabad. Under his leadership, the team has completed various social projects and organized community iftars during the holy month of Ramadan. Fixit Abbottabad is committed to resolving all kinds of public problems affecting our beloved citizens, including sanitation, water issues, road maintenance, and much more.
We work through a dedicated core committee that plans and executes projects across the district. Our aim is to be the voice of the people and a bridge between the authorities and the community. Together, we believe in action, not just promises.
