Fixelia AI ("Fixelia", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.
1. Account and Authentication
When you first use Fixelia AI, an anonymous Firebase account may be automatically created to provide the application's services and associate your data with your account.
This anonymous account does not require you to provide an email address, name, phone number, or other directly identifying information.
Users may optionally link their account to an email address for account-related features or account recovery when available.
We use Firebase Authentication to manage authentication and user accounts.
2. Photos and Images
Fixelia AI allows you to select images from your device for image-processing and AI features.
When you request image processing:
Your image is temporarily uploaded to the infrastructure required to process it.
The image may be transferred to an image-processing server.
The image is used only to perform the processing requested by you.
Temporary image files are deleted after processing is completed, subject to normal technical deletion, caching, or backup processes.
We do not sell your images or use them for advertising purposes.
Images uploaded for processing are not intended to be permanently stored as a user gallery.
3. User Data
We may store information associated with your account, including:
Firebase User ID
Credit balance
Usage information
Account status
Information necessary to provide the application's services
Application-related user data is stored and managed on our backend infrastructure using Cloudflare.
4. Advertising
Fixelia AI uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and AdMob may process information such as:
Advertising ID
Device information
IP address
Information related to advertisements and interactions with advertisements
Technical and usage information required to provide and measure advertising
Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
We use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent and privacy choices related to advertising where required.
5. In-App Purchases
Fixelia AI offers optional in-app purchases, including Credits.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.
Fixelia AI does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
We may process purchase-related information, such as product identifiers and purchase status, to verify purchases and provide the purchased Credits.
6. Third-Party Services
Fixelia AI may use third-party services necessary to operate and provide the application's features, including:

Cloudflare
Google AdMob
Google Play Billing
Third-party image-processing and AI services when required
These services may process information only as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the application's services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
Data transmitted between the application and our servers may use secure HTTPS connections.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain our services.
Images uploaded for processing are temporary and are deleted after processing is completed, subject to normal technical deletion, caching, or backup processes.
Certain account and purchase information may be retained as necessary to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
9. Data and Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the account-deletion mechanism provided by the application.
Certain information may be retained when required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-related purposes.

Fixelia AI is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
