This website was created to supply radiographers with an optimal technique chart to produce consistent high-quality images while maintaining a low patient dose.
In the experiment process, the optimal techniques were obtained by careful consideration of each body part’s density, SID, FOV, the use of a grid, and by utilizing mathematical equations. The order in which we gathered data and techniques relied on proportional anatomy and anatomical pathways.
