We offer two flexible payment structures designed to work with your café's unique situation:
Option 1: Full Audit & Strategy - $4,000 + GST
We conduct a comprehensive audit of your entire operation – from your financials and menus to your marketing strategy. We'll identify exactly where money is leaking from your business and show you how to save without compromising your customers' experience. This process takes a couple of weeks and includes research into your local market to identify the best target audience for your café. We then present our findings in a detailed report and walk you through every money-saving opportunity and growth strategy.
Implementation Support Available: Continue working with us on a yearly contract at $200 + GST per week, and we'll help implement the strategy while you focus on daily operations.
Option 2: Full Audit & Strategy with Yearly Contract - $200/week + GST + Quarterly Profit Share
This option includes everything from Option 1 – the full audit, strategy, and yearly implementation contract – but without the upfront cost. Instead of paying $4,000 upfront, we work on a profit-sharing model based on the additional profits generated from our recommendations.
We'll determine your current break-even point and calculate a fair profit share based on the improvements we help you achieve. This means no upfront risk and no large initial investment.
