Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using SalahTracker ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SalahTracker is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you track prayers, view prayer times, find the Qibla, count dhikr, and build consistent worship habits. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated estimates based on your device's location, system clock, and the calculation method you select. While we strive for accuracy, these values may vary due to location precision, calculation methods, local conventions, and regional moon-sighting or scholarly differences.
The App is a convenience tool and not a definitive religious authority. You are responsible for verifying prayer times and Qibla direction with your local mosque or a trusted authority where certainty is required. We are not liable for any reliance on the times or directions provided.
Reminders and alarms (including the Fajr alarm) depend on your device's settings, permissions, battery, "Do Not Disturb"/Focus modes, and operating-system behavior. We do not guarantee that any alarm or notification will trigger in all circumstances. Do not rely on the App as your sole means of waking for prayer where this is critical.
The App, including its design, code, text, and graphics, is owned by [Your Name / Company Name] and protected by applicable laws. Religious texts referenced within the App (such as the 99 Names of Allah) are in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
You are responsible for your own data stored within the App (such as prayer logs and settings). Because this data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the App or losing your device will permanently delete it. We are not responsible for any loss of this data.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Name / Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any missed prayer, incorrect prayer time, or incorrect Qibla direction.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
