The 5% Leadership Club represents a select group of leaders within the 1991 Group who demonstrate something beyond simply doing their job well. They have an internal drive to lead, grow, influence, and develop their business acumen. A 5% Leader doesn’t wait to be managed, reminded, or told what needs to happen. They see it. They own it. They act on it. The 5% Club is a 6-9 month leadership journey divided into four stages.
