To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Ring Studios shall not be liable for:

11. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

a. The use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems to replicate, alter, or generate derivative content based on Five Ring Studios’ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

b. AI-generated content falsely attributed to Five Ring Studios is forbidden.

c. Training AI models on Five Ring Studios’ content, in whole or in part, without express written authorization is prohibited.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any product or Service.

b. Attempt to access restricted areas, systems, or data.

c. Employ automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to collect content.

d. Create derivative works, modifications, or adaptations without prior written permission.

e. Rip, extract, or otherwise access game files, assets, or source code without the express written authorization of Five Ring Studios.

13. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

a. Nudity, partial nudity, and sexually explicit material are prohibited.

b. Suggestive content must remain within non-explicit and appropriate boundaries.

c. All submissions and works must comply with applicable platform-specific content rating standards.

d. Fanservice in any form is expressly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

Gratuitous or exaggerated sexualization of characters;

Depictions of characters in sexually suggestive poses, attire, or framing designed to titillate;

Unnecessary focus on body parts or sexual characteristics;

Costumes, visuals, or tropes created primarily for objectification or sexual appeal.

Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate rejection of submissions, removal of content, and permanent account termination.

14. Commitment to Creative Integrity

Five Ring Studios prioritizes narrative, character development, and artistic quality over fanservice or exploitative content. Zero tolerance shall be exercised for violations of these standards.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or Five Ring Studios shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
