Workout Logger may integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) if you choose to grant permission.

Health data is used solely to provide workout logging and fitness tracking features.
Health data is never used for advertising or marketing.
Health data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
You may revoke Health permissions at any time through your device's Health settings.
Workout Logger is intended for informational and fitness tracking purposes only.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or making health-related decisions.
You are responsible for:
The accuracy of information you enter.
Maintaining access to your device.
Using the App safely and responsibly.
Some features of the App may require an in-app purchase or subscription.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.
Workout Logger, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, is the property of Kayma Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayma Tech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kayma Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
