PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 먀Studio (“먀Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the FitPic mobile application and related services (“FitPic” or the “Service”). It applies to users in the United States. Additional state-specific rights are described below.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account and authentication information

• User ID, email address, authentication method, and profile information made available by supported sign-in providers.

• Your preferred language and records showing whether required terms and optional marketing choices were accepted.

Images, prompts, and generated content

• Model/person photos, clothing photos, hairstyle or pose references, ID-photo inputs, footwear images, other images selected for editing, and image metadata that may remain in an uploaded file.

• Text prompts, editing instructions, feature selections, automated validation results, and generated images.

• Some image masks or pose landmarks may be processed on your device. Other images and prompts are transmitted through our server-side service to AI providers for validation, editing, and generation.

Usage, credit, attendance, and transaction information

• Feature-use counts, generation counts, Film credit balance and usage, rewarded-ad counts, attendance/check-in dates, and related timestamps.

• Product identifier, transaction and original transaction identifiers, purchase or refund status, dates, credit quantities, store verification information, and related accounting records. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable app store and are not intentionally collected by FitPic.

Technical, advertising, and diagnostic information

• App version, build number, platform, request identifiers, operation name, status code, error message, stack information, response time, AI provider/model, token or image counts, and other service-security or diagnostic metadata.

• A limited excerpt of an AI request prompt, up to 2,000 characters, and a hash of the full prompt may be logged. Uploaded image files are not intentionally copied into the AI-call log.

• Advertising, analytics, authentication, app-store, cloud-infrastructure, and other service providers may automatically receive IP address, device or advertising identifiers, operating-system information, network information, SDK events, ad interactions, and similar technical data under their own terms and our configuration.

• FitPic does not request precise location, contacts, or microphone data for its current core features.

Support communications

• Your email address and any information, images, or files you choose to send when contacting us.

2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Service and integrated SDKs, and from sign-in providers, app stores, advertising providers, and service providers involved in delivering FitPic.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• create and secure accounts and provide sign-in;

• validate whether an uploaded image is suitable for a selected feature;

• translate or refine prompts and generate or edit images;

• deliver, track, and restore Film credits and rewarded-ad benefits;

• verify purchases, process store notifications and refunds, prevent duplicate credits, and maintain transaction records;

• personalize language settings and basic app operation;

• diagnose errors, monitor performance, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the Service;

• respond to support, privacy, legal, and regulatory requests;

• comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and

• measure advertising or app events where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.

We do not use uploaded photos to identify or authenticate a person. FitPic’s current validation checks are intended to determine whether a person, body region, garment, pose, hairstyle, or other requested subject is visible and suitable for the selected editing feature.

4. AI IMAGE PROCESSING AND AUTOMATED VALIDATION

FitPic uses automated image analysis and generative AI. Uploaded images and prompts may be routed through our cloud infrastructure and processed by one or more external AI image-processing service providers, depending on the feature, current server configuration, availability, and fallback behavior.

Automated validation can be wrong. For example, a person photo may be classified as missing a model or body region, or a garment may be classified as an unsuitable item. Validation is used to decide whether the requested feature can proceed; it is not used to determine legal rights, employment, credit, insurance, health eligibility, or identity.

FitPic does not intentionally create a faceprint or biometric identity template for recognizing you across sessions. If we later introduce identification, authentication, or biometric-template processing, we will provide a separate notice and obtain consent where required.

먀Studio does not intend to train its own AI models on your uploaded photos. External AI service providers may temporarily retain or review content according to the applicable service plan, security rules, and terms.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients only as reasonably necessary:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — authentication, database, server functions, and operational logs.

• AI image-processing providers — image validation, analysis, generation, or editing.

• Authentication and app-store providers — sign-in, purchases, receipts, refunds, and platform functions.

• Advertising and measurement providers — rewarded ads, app events, attribution, and advertising identifiers where enabled.

• Professional advisers, authorities, and transaction parties — when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service-provider handling is governed by contract and applicable provider terms. We do not authorize providers to use data for unrelated purposes except as disclosed or permitted by law.

6. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, SALE, AND SHARING

FitPic may offer rewarded advertisements and use app-event or attribution technologies. These services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and ad events.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosure of identifiers or activity to advertising providers may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can use iOS App Tracking Transparency controls, your device advertising/privacy settings, and provider ad controls. You may also email us to request an applicable opt-out. FitPic does not condition core service quality on a privacy-right request, although declining tracking may change advertising or reward availability.

The native mobile app does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Browser-based Global Privacy Control signals may not reach the native app. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a supported opt-out signal that we receive, we will process it as required.

7. RETENTION AND DELETION

FitPic does not intentionally maintain uploaded source images or generated image files as a persistent server-side gallery in the current implementation. Images are transmitted for processing, returned to the app, and may be saved to your device only when you choose to save them. AI providers may temporarily retain content under the applicable account plan, contract, and security-abuse rules.

Account, balance, attendance, transaction, AI-call, and diagnostic records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, support, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Closing the account in the app and uninstalling the app are different actions. Uninstalling does not delete server-side records. The current in-app closure flow marks the account for closure, but you should also contact us if you want server-side personal information deleted. Some transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where law permits or requires.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also withdraw optional marketing consent and opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing.

Submit a request to yjtech1220@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

10. CALIFORNIA AND OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY NOTICE

The categories collected during the preceding 12 months may include identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or other electronic activity; approximate location inferred from IP; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; and inferences limited to service operation, validation, fraud prevention, or advertising measurement. We collect these categories from you, your device, authentication and app-store providers, and integrated service providers. We use and disclose them for the purposes and to the recipients described in this Policy.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. Subject to applicable thresholds, exceptions, and verification rules, eligible residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a decision, and receive equal service.

FitPic does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide requested image features, secure the Service, and comply with law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

California Civil Code section 1798.83 may permit certain residents to request information about disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing. We do not intentionally disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing use without consent.

11. CHILDREN

FitPic is intended only for users age 14 or older. If we learn that we collected personal information from a person who is not eligible to use the Service, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has used FitPic.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

먀Studio and its providers may process information in the Republic of Korea, the United States, Japan, and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. We use contractual and other safeguards where required.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Third-party services, advertisements, sign-in providers, and app stores have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before using them. FitPic is not responsible for third-party practices outside our control.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use alone will not replace consent where consent is legally required.
