Our philosophy is simple: your data is yours. The app is designed to function without requiring a user account or collecting personal information that you don't explicitly provide.
1. Data You Provide Directly:
Workout Data: This includes your scheduled workouts, custom exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, and any notes you add to a session.
Progress Data: This includes body weight measurements and progress photos that you choose to save in the app.
The data you provide is used solely to power the app's features and enhance your experience. We use your data to:
Display your workout schedule and history.
Calculate and display your Personal Records (PRs).
Visualize your progress through charts and graphs.
Showcase your progress photos in your private gallery.
Provide tools like the Plate Calculator.
All of your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have a server, and we do not have access to your workout data, progress photos, or personal information. It is yours and yours alone.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Your data is not shared with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
The only time data leaves the app is when you explicitly choose to:
Use the "Share" feature to create a summary image of your workout.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
