FitnessGoals - Terms of service

Effective Date: August 11, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FitnessGoals (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

What FitnessGoals Does

FitnessGoals helps you create, track, and review personal fitness goals using activity and health-related data available on your device, including data you choose to share through Apple Health.

The App is intended for informational and personal fitness tracking purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

FitnessGoals does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. The App is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions that may affect your health, fitness, diet, or exercise routine.

Apple Health and Health Data

FitnessGoals may request permission to read activity or health-related data from Apple Health. You control whether the App can access this data through your device settings.

If you deny or revoke access to Apple Health, some features may not work as expected.

FitnessGoals only accesses Apple Health data with your permission and uses it to provide app functionality such as goal tracking, progress summaries, and related insights.

Premium Subscription

FitnessGoals may offer optional Premium features through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Subscription pricing, duration, free trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country or region.

If you purchase a subscription:

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

- The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

- Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

We do not directly process payments and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Subscription billing is managed by Apple.

Free Trials and Promotions

FitnessGoals may offer free trials or promotional subscription offers. Trial availability and duration may vary.

When a free trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends, according to Apple’s subscription terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. You must not:

- Use the App for unlawful purposes.

- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App.

- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App except as allowed by law.

- Use the App in a way that could harm other users, us, or third-party services.

Accuracy and Availability

FitnessGoals depends on data from your device, Apple Health, system permissions, and other platform services. We do not guarantee that all data will always be accurate, complete, or available.

The App may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual Property

FitnessGoals, including its design, features, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any related intellectual property.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple Health, Apple’s in-app purchase system, analytics, crash reporting, or other platform services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitnessGoals is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

- Health, fitness, or lifestyle decisions you make based on the App.

- Inaccurate, delayed, missing, or incomplete data.

- Loss of data, progress, goals, streaks, or subscription access caused by technical issues.

- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Apple Standard Terms

If you downloaded FitnessGoals from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless these Terms provide additional terms that apply to the App.
