Hi, I’m Kamal Singh—a fitness coach who’s been where you are. At 35, I understand the struggles of balancing a demanding career, family responsibilities, and the desire to feel fit and confident. Like many of you, I spent years in the corporate grind—building brands like Decathlon, Zolo Stays, and Spinny—while neglecting my health. After repetitive sports injuries and the Covid-19 outburst, I hit rock bottom at 102 kgs, feeling lethargic and disconnected from the active life I loved.
My Journey: From Corporate to Champion
As an IIT Delhi 2012 graduate, I’ve always believed in the power of systems and processes—whether it’s scaling businesses or transforming lives. My fitness journey began when I decided to reclaim my health, losing 38 kgs (from 102 kgs to 64 kgs) and winning 4 ICN Goa medals—all while working a full-time corporate job. What started as a weight loss goal became an obsession to become the best version of myself. I realized so many professionals like us struggle with the same challenges, constantly seeking guidance. That’s why I became a fitness coach—to help you achieve sustainable results without sacrificing your busy lifestyle.
My Approach: Systems for Sustainable Results
I’ve worked at grassroots levels and know that real change comes from processes, not quick fixes. My coaching is built around the PSP model—Project, Systems, Patterns. I design a personalized Project (diet, workouts, and more) tailored to your goals, create Systems to fit fitness into your hectic schedule, and identify Patterns (like triggers that derail you) to coach you through challenges and keep you on track. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, or simply feel more energized, I’m here to guide you every step of the way—because I’ve been there, and I know what works.
