1. Privacy at a Glance
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (GDPR).
2. Data Collection in this App
We collect data that you actively provide in the app (e.g., email address, weight, age, fitness goals, and gender for the AI Coach). This data is encrypted and securely stored in Google Firebase. Progress photos remain locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
3. AI Coach and OpenAI (Data Sharing)
To generate personalized plans and responses, we send the relevant fitness data you entered (e.g., age, weight, goal) anonymized to the OpenAI API. We DO NOT transmit any directly identifiable data such as your real name or email address. According to OpenAI's guidelines, this API data is not used to train AI models.
4. Payment Processing (In-App Purchases)
When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed via the respective App Stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or their integrated payment service providers (e.g., RevenueCat). We do not store any credit card or bank details.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to receive free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data at any time. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. In the app settings, you can irrevocably delete your account and all associated data.
6. Data RetentionÂ
We retain your personal data (e.g., email address, weight, age, fitness goals) only for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the app's services to you. Once you choose to delete your account via the app settings or by contacting us, all your personal data stored on our servers (Google Firebase) will be immediately and irrevocably deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it longer. Progress photos are stored locally on your device and are automatically deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.
