This Privacy Policy explains how FitMeet ("FitMeet", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the FitMeet mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
• Email address;
• Password, stored in encrypted or hashed form;
• Username;
• Profile information;
• Outfit posts;
• Style preferences;
• Style DNA selections;
• Comments and replies;
• Reports and feedback.
Photos and Outfit Content
FitMeet allows users to create personal outfit records and, where available, share outfit-related content with the community.
Personal outfit records are primarily stored locally on the user's device. If the app is deleted, reinstalled, or local app data is cleared, personal outfit records stored locally may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
If you choose to publish content to Explore or other community features, we may collect and store the published content on our backend systems, including:
• Published outfit photos or cover images;
• Outfit descriptions;
• Style tags;
• Color information;
• Style attributes associated with published content;
• Public profile content;
• Comments, likes, follows, and other community interactions.
Some content you create, upload, or publish through FitMeet may be visible to other users depending on how you choose to share it within the Service, including through Explore, profile pages, comments, and other community features.
Purchases and Subscriptions
FitMeet offers:
• FitMeet Pro subscriptions;
• FitMeet Coin purchases.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
We do not receive your credit card or payment card information.
We may receive information such as:
• Transaction identifiers;
• Subscription status;
• Purchase dates;
• Product identifiers;
• Coin purchase records.
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
• Device type;
• Operating system version;
• App version;
• Language settings;
• Diagnostic information;
• Crash logs;
• Usage statistics;
• IP address.
Push Notification Information
If you enable notifications, we may collect:
• Device push token;
• Notification preferences.
This information is used to deliver notifications to your device.

• Provide core FitMeet functionality;

• Operate Explore and community features;

• Generate Outfit Coach recommendations;
• Generate Monthly Recap summaries;
• Process subscriptions and Coin purchases;
• Deliver push notifications;
• Improve performance and reliability;
• Respond to support requests;
• Protect users and maintain platform security;
• Comply with legal obligations.
3. Outfit Coach Recommendations
FitMeet includes Outfit Coach features that provide style feedback and recommendations.
Outfit Coach recommendations are generated using information associated with outfit records, including style attributes, colors, and outfit details.
Outfit Coach recommendations are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
FitMeet does not transmit outfit photos to third-party AI providers for recommendation generation.
4. Photos, Videos, and Device Permissions
FitMeet may request access to:
• Camera;
• Photo Library;
• Microphone;
• Notifications;
• App Tracking Transparency, where applicable.
These permissions are used for:
• Capturing outfit photos;
• Recording personal outfit videos;
• Selecting media from your device;
• Creating cover images;
• Managing outfit records;
• Profile customization;
• Daily outfit logging reminders;
• Feature updates;
• Community activity notifications;
• Measuring campaign performance and improving style discovery.
Video Storage
FitMeet allows users to record personal outfit videos.
Videos recorded within FitMeet may include audio captured through your device microphone.
Video files remain stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to FitMeet servers.
Only a generated thumbnail or cover image may be uploaded and displayed within the Service.
You may revoke permissions through your device settings at any time. Some features may no longer function properly if permissions are disabled.
5. Notifications
With your permission, FitMeet may send push notifications for daily outfit logging reminders and, where applicable, feature or community activity updates.
To deliver notifications, we collect your device push token and associate it with your FitMeet account.
You may disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Declining notification permission does not block core app features.
6. Advertising and Tracking
FitMeet may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
If you grant permission, FitMeet may use this permission to measure campaign performance and improve style discovery.
You may deny or withdraw tracking permission at any time through your device settings.
Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from using the core features of FitMeet.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share information in the following situations.
With Other Users
Content you choose to make public may be visible through:
• Explore Feed;
• User Profiles;
• Comments;
• Likes;
• Follow relationships.
Public content shared through the Service may be viewed, copied, or reshared by other users. Please consider carefully what information you choose to make public.
With Service Providers
We may use third-party providers that help operate the Service, including:
• Apple App Store;
• Apple In-App Purchases;
• Cloud infrastructure providers;
• Analytics and crash reporting services;
• Push notification delivery providers;
• Campaign measurement providers, where applicable.
These providers may process information solely for supporting operation of the Service.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We do not sell personal information.
8. Data Retention
Personal outfit records stored locally on your device remain on your device unless you delete them, delete the app, reinstall the app, or clear local app data. Local outfit records may not be recoverable after deletion or reinstallation.
Community-related data stored on our backend systems is retained for as long as necessary to:
• Provide the Service;
• Maintain account functionality;
• Operate Explore and community features;
• Process purchases;
• Resolve disputes;
• Prevent fraud or abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.
When you delete your account, backend information associated with your account may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Use.
9. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account through the FitMeet application.
When your account is deleted:
• Your account profile information may be removed;
• Community content published to Explore may be deleted or anonymized;
• Your comments and community interactions may be removed or anonymized;
• Your Style DNA information and preferences stored in backend systems may be deleted where applicable;
• Any unused FitMeet Coins may be forfeited;
• Active subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Personal outfit records stored locally on your device are not stored as backend account data. These local records may be removed by deleting the app, reinstalling the app, clearing local app data, or deleting them within the app where available.
Some backend information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Use.
Deleted information may not be recoverable.
10. Children's Privacy
FitMeet is intended for users aged 16 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:
• Encrypted communications;
• Secure authentication systems;
• Access controls;
• Security monitoring.
However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
