How To Cure Back-Pain
At Home
In 3 Easy Steps
Back pain can make life seem unbearable, but some tricks can reduce the intensity of the pain.
STEP 1
Ice works great to reduce the pain. In addition, ice helps reduce swelling if used several times a day.
After 48 hours, the heat can be used to stimulate blood circulation and reduce painful spasms. A towel soaked in hot water may work, especially if it is covered with foil.
Massaging the sore area helps reduce pain. But creams should be used with caution, as they can irritate.
STEP 2
There is another trick to correct the position of the back and discover a relaxed posture.
During sleep, a pillow placed under the knees and the head can release pressure and contribute to a more pleasant rest. Also, each time you wash the dishes or wait in line, raise one leg higher than the other.
Periodically change position, balancing the weight from one leg to the other - this technique will give the muscles a chance to relax.
Before trying remedies or exercise at home, consult a doctor to find out if it is a problem that requires specialized treatment.
The following exercises have been created to increase flexibility and strengthen the muscles that play a role in supporting the spine.
1. Lie on a mattress holding your hands directly under your shoulders, palms facing down, in a floating-like position, with the lower body completely relaxed.
2. Keeping your thighs and legs still and relaxed, slowly lift your torso. Repeat the movement 10 times.

3. Kneel with your hands on the floor and knees apart.
4. Keeping your abdominal muscles tense, arch your back, stretching as a cat does.
Stay tense for 5 seconds, then relax and repeat the movement.
5. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your arms outstretched to the side.
Exercises should be performed on a mattress or mat and discontinued if unusual pain or discomfort occurs
