Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Smith Thapa ("I", "me", or "my") built the Fit Graph app (the "App") as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by me and is intended for use "as is".
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
Fit Graph is built with a privacy-first approach. I do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data or workout data on my own servers.
Sign in with Apple: The App uses Apple's native, privacy-centric authentication to securely log you in.
Workout Data: All your fitness and workout data is stored locally on your device and securely synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. I have zero access to this data.
While I do not collect personal data on my servers, the App does utilize specific third-party services to facilitate app functionality (specifically, managing premium subscriptions).
RevenueCat: I use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase history and device identifiers (such as an anonymous App User ID) to validate and manage your subscription status. You can find RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple: Because the app heavily relies on the Apple ecosystem (Sign in with Apple, iCloud, and App Store processing), Apple's own privacy policies apply to your usage of those features.
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, data and information may be collected on your phone called Log Data (via Apple). This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is strictly used for debugging and improving the app's performance.
I value your trust in using Fit Graph. Since your primary data (like workouts) is stored directly on your device and your personal iCloud, it is heavily secured by Apple's infrastructure. However, remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
If you have any questions or suggestions about my Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact me at fit.graph.au@gmail.com.
