# Privacy Policy for ParkFit Studio

ParkFit Studio (“the App”) is a parking fit planning application developed for **LUXE DRIVE SOLUTIONS LTD**. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use ParkFit Studio.
ParkFit Studio is designed to operate locally on your Android device. The App does not require an account, does not use a developer-operated backend, and does not include advertising or analytics services.
## 1. Information We Collect
ParkFit Studio does **not collect personal information from you through a developer-operated server or online account system**.
The App does not require you to provide:
* Your name
* Phone number
* Postal address
* Account credentials
* Precise or approximate location
* Contacts
* Photos or media
* Microphone data
* Camera data
* Advertising identifiers
The App does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or behavioral profiling services.
## 2. Information Stored on Your Device
ParkFit Studio allows you to create and save information related to parking-fit planning.
Depending on how you use the App, locally stored information may include:

* Vehicle body and mirror measurements

* Entrance measurements
* Obstacles and their measurements
* Desired clearance preferences
* Vehicle placement information
* Saved parking-fit projects

* App preferences such as measurement units, theme, grid settings, and display preferences
This information is stored locally within the App's storage on your Android device.
The developer does not automatically receive this information through ParkFit Studio.
## 3. Parking and Vehicle Measurements
Measurements entered into ParkFit Studio are used only to perform the App's local calculations and provide features such as:
* Vehicle-to-space fit analysis
* Clearance calculations
* Obstacle detection
* Parking-space visualization
* Vehicle positioning
* Placement optimization
* Scenario comparison
* Saved project restoration
These calculations are performed locally on your device.
ParkFit Studio does not upload vehicle dimensions, parking-space measurements, obstacle information, or calculated results to a developer-operated server.
## 4. Android Permissions
ParkFit Studio is designed to operate without Android runtime permissions.
The App does not request access to features such as:
* Location
* Camera
* Microphone
* Contacts
* Photos or media
* Bluetooth or nearby devices
* Phone
* SMS
* Calendar
* Notifications
The App is also designed without the Android `INTERNET` permission for its core functionality.
## 5. Local Data Storage
ParkFit Studio uses local Android storage technologies to maintain user-created projects and application settings.
Structured project information may be stored in a local database, while lightweight application preferences may be stored using Android's local preferences storage.
This information remains associated with the App installation on your device unless it is deleted, cleared, removed as part of uninstalling the App, or otherwise handled by Android's device backup and restore features.
## 6. Data Transmission
ParkFit Studio does not automatically transmit your saved projects, measurements, vehicle profiles, parking-space profiles, comparisons, or preferences to LUXE DRIVE SOLUTIONS LTD.
There is no account synchronization, cloud storage, developer-operated remote database, or automatic project upload built into the App.
## 7. Contact Us Feature
ParkFit Studio may provide a **Contact Us** option.
When you select this feature, the App opens a compatible email application installed on your device using an email intent.
The App may prepare an email addressed to:

You decide whether to send the email.
Any information you voluntarily include in that email will be handled through the email application and email provider you choose. Such services operate independently from ParkFit Studio and are subject to their own privacy practices.
ParkFit Studio does not automatically send emails or transmit your saved parking projects through the Contact Us feature.
## 8. Rate Us Feature
The App may provide a **Rate Us** option that opens ParkFit Studio's listing in Google Play or, where appropriate, another compatible external application such as a web browser.
ParkFit Studio does not contain a Google Play tracking SDK for this feature.
When you leave the App and interact with Google Play or another external service, that service's own privacy policy and data practices apply.
## 9. Third-Party Services
ParkFit Studio does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, cloud-storage, mapping, vehicle-information, or tracking services.
External applications or services may only be opened when you deliberately choose an action such as:

* Rate Us
Those external services are separate from ParkFit Studio and may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
## 10. Data Sharing
LUXE DRIVE SOLUTIONS LTD does not sell, rent, or share ParkFit Studio project data with advertisers or data brokers because the App does not automatically transmit that locally stored project data to us.
Information that you voluntarily send by email is handled as part of that communication and may be used to respond to your support request.
## 11. Data Retention
Vehicle profiles, parking spaces, projects, comparisons, preferences, and other user-created information remain stored locally for as long as they remain in the App's local storage.
ParkFit Studio does not maintain a separate server-side copy of this information.
You can remove applicable saved projects, vehicles, parking spaces, or other stored records using the deletion functions provided within the App.
You may also remove locally stored App data through Android's application settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android's own backup and restore behavior.
## 12. Data Deletion
Because ParkFit Studio does not use user accounts or developer-operated cloud storage, there is no remote account or cloud profile that must be deleted.
To delete locally stored information, you may:
* Delete individual saved items within the App where deletion controls are provided
* Clear ParkFit Studio's application data through Android system settings
* Uninstall ParkFit Studio from your device
If your Android device or Google account uses operating-system backup features, Android may retain or restore certain application data according to your device and Google backup settings. Those backup processes are controlled by the applicable platform provider rather than by ParkFit Studio.
## 13. Security
ParkFit Studio limits its handling of user-created data primarily to local device storage and does not operate its own backend for project synchronization.
However, no device, application, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The security of locally stored information may also depend on factors outside the App's control, including:
* Your Android device security
* Device lock settings
* Operating-system security
* Backup configuration
* Physical access to your device
Users should maintain appropriate security protections on their devices.
## 14. Children's Privacy
ParkFit Studio is a general-purpose parking planning utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The App does not require users to create accounts or submit age information, and it does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated online service.
If you believe that information relating to a child has been voluntarily submitted to us through a support email, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
## 15. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
ParkFit Studio does not use user information for advertising profiles, behavioral profiling, or automated decisions about individuals.
Fit results are mathematical planning calculations based on measurements and preferences entered by the user.
## 16. Accuracy of User-Entered Information
ParkFit Studio performs calculations based on measurements and information supplied by the user.
Vehicle dimensions, parking-space measurements, obstacle dimensions, and clearance requirements are not automatically verified against external databases.
The App's results therefore depend on the accuracy of the information entered.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if ParkFit Studio's functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or distribution requirements change.
When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will include a revised effective date.
