We for FitFam respect user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FitFam collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access or use the FitFam mobile application.

FitFam may collect information that users provide inside the app, including fitness-related information such as weight, water intake, steps, workouts, goals, reminders, progress entries, and other information entered by the user.

FitFam may also collect basic app usage and device-related information, such as app interactions, device type, iOS version, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to provide and improve FitFam features, including fitness tracking, progress monitoring, reminders, workout logging, dashboard summaries, competition features, and general app functionality.

We may also use information to maintain app performance, fix bugs, improve user experience, and support future app updates.

User data may be stored locally on the user’s device and, where applicable, through Apple or app-related services. We take reasonable steps to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

We do not sell personal information.

Information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve FitFam.

FitFam may use Apple services or system features, including notifications, in-app purchases, subscriptions, diagnostics, and other iOS-related functionality. Use of these services may be subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

FitFam may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment and purchase processing is handled by Apple. FitFam does not directly collect or store payment card information.

7. NOTIFICATIONS

FitFam may request permission to send reminders or notifications. Users can enable or disable notifications at any time through device settings.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

FitFam is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. USER CONTROL

Users may update, manage, or delete information entered in the app where the app provides those options. Users may also stop using the app at any time.
