Learn the right way to fuel your body. This program is all about mindful eating. After an adequate analysis of a client’s body and nutritional needs they are given a sustainable meal plan to follow. On the go they are also taught to observe what food options are good for them and what they should restrict. Meal plan is provided every 2-3 weeks. Weekly one-on-one calls are scheduled with the client to understand their progress.
It is for everyone and anyone who wants to learn the art of eating right. Remember the body is built in the kitchen :)
