Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 3 gloves garlic

  • 3T lemon juice

  • 1t Dijon mustard

  • 1t sea salt

  • 1T honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:

Add all ingredients to glass mason jar. Gradually whisk in olive oil. This helps to emulsify (mix together) the oil and the vinegar. This WILL naturally separate while not in use. Shake before using. I store on the counter. If stored in the fridge, the oil will hard. Bring to room temperature, shake and enjoy.
