My focus is to give you the total package to transform the weight from the neck up as well as the neck down. My honest belief is that if we can't be happy where we're at when we start who's to say we'll be happy when we reach our goal weight! So we focus on confidence building, what makes us happy, tossing the food guilt, and really, just falling in love with ourselves by spending 30 minutes each day getting a sweat on, eating good food, and being part of an amazing support system of women on the same journey, anddd getting physical results too!
