These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the application SlimReward and Lucky Plank and applocatioon developed by Hemanth Enterprises (the “Apps”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App. The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer (Important)
We provide tools for tracking weight/fitness-related activities and goals and offers motivational reward features.
The App is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
- We are not a medical provider, and the App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Always consult a qualified physician before starting any diet, fitness, or weight-loss program.
- If you feel unwell, stop activity and seek medical attention immediately.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and for any health-related decisions you make.
3. App Features and Rewards
3.1 Tracking Features
The App may allow you to log weight, workouts, goals, habits, and related information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
3.2 “Earn” / Rewards
The App may provide in-app rewards (e.g., points/coins/badges) based on your inputs and activity.
- Unless explicitly stated in the App, rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- We may adjust reward rules, eligibility criteria, or calculations to prevent abuse, ensure fairness, or improve the product.
- We may suspend or reset rewards if we reasonably believe there is cheating, manipulation, automation, or other misuse.
4. License and Acceptable Use
4.1 License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law
- Interfere with the App’s security or operation
- Use automation, scripts, or abusive behaviors to obtain rewards or distort usage
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless we give written permission
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. Key point: your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers (subject to your device backup setting).
7. Updates and Changes to the App
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use.
We may change or discontinue features at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may provide links or integrations (e.g., sharing to social apps, Apple services like iCloud backups, optional HealthKit). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- the App will be error-free or uninterrupted,
- any particular weight-loss or fitness result will be achieved, or
- reward calculations will always be free from input errors or device-related issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you materially breach these Terms.
