How is my approach to fat loss different ?
I've been ON or OFF diet for over 20 years. I lost weight many times and then regained. Again and again...
Until I have finally understood that ‘slow and steady’ is the quick way, that there's NO END to healthy lifestyle and the habits you create during the process will make the outcome long lasting.
I have found sensible approach that focuses on comprises not sacrifices . I found a way to live my life while losing fat and not resenting the process. I now know that this is the only sustainable way to lose the weight and maintain the results!
