Privacy Policy for FISSION

Fission Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FISSION (“the App”).
1. Information We Collect
FISSION does not require you to create an account and does not directly ask you to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or password.
The App may store gameplay-related information locally on your device, including:
· Game progress and level
· Gold balance
· Power-up inventory
· Game settings and preferences
· Scores and gameplay statistics
This information is primarily stored locally on your device and is used to provide and maintain the game experience.
2. Advertising
FISSION uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and process certain information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, including:
· IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
· Device and advertising identifiers
· App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad/video views
· Diagnostic and performance information
· Information related to advertisements shown to you
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

3. In-App Purchases
FISSION offers optional in-app purchases, such as packages of virtual Gold.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Fission Games does not receive or store your full credit card number, bank account information, or other payment card details.
Google Play may process transaction information necessary to complete purchases, prevent fraud, manage refunds, and provide purchase services.
Virtual Gold and other digital items purchased in the App have no real-world monetary value and are intended only for use within FISSION.
4. Rewarded Ads
Players may voluntarily choose to watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game benefits, such as additional moves.
Watching rewarded advertisements is optional. Advertising providers may process device, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information as described in the Advertising section above.
5. Notifications
FISSION may request permission to send notifications.
Notifications may be used for game-related reminders and features. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
6. How We Use Information
Information processed through the App or its third-party services may be used to:
· Operate and maintain the game
· Save gameplay progress and preferences
· Provide in-app purchases
· Deliver rewarded advertisements
· Improve app stability and performance
· Detect fraud, abuse, or technical problems
· Comply with legal and platform requirements
7. Third-Party Services
FISSION uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies.
These services currently include:
· Google Play Services
· Google Play Billing
· Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect gameplay information and reduce unauthorized modification or access.
Data transmitted by third-party Google services may be protected using encryption in transit according to Google’s security practices.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay data stored locally on your device may generally be removed by resetting the App, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling FISSION.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google may be retained according to those providers’ own policies and legal obligations.
Because FISSION currently does not require users to create a Fission Games account, there is no separate online player account that needs to be deleted.
10. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly request children to directly provide personal information such as their name, email address, home address, or telephone number through FISSION.
Where required, advertising and platform features may be subject to Google Play, Google AdMob, and applicable regional age and privacy requirements.

11. International Users
FISSION may be available in multiple countries. Information processed by third-party providers may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to those providers’ privacy practices and applicable law.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when FISSION changes, when third-party services change, or when legal or platform requirements require an update.
Any updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
