Welcome to FishLabs AI. By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptable & Prohibited Use
   You agree to use the App responsibly and for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using the App to:
   • Commit fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
   • Impersonate any real person without explicit permission
   • Create or distribute misinformation
   • Bypass security systems

2. Voice Cloning & Microphone Permissions

Ownership & Rights
You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have legal rights to any audio you upload
• You will not clone another person’s voice without explicit consent

Microphone Access
By granting microphone permission, you agree that:
• Your voice recordings may be processed by the App and securely transmitted to third-party AI providers such as Fish Audio for generating AI voice outputs
• Processing is strictly limited to voice generation features
• Data is not used for unrelated purposes

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
   The App uses third-party AI services, including Google Gemini, to generate voice models and speech.

By using AI features, you acknowledge that:
• Your audio recordings and text input may be transmitted securely to these services
• Processing occurs only after you provide explicit consent within the App
• The data is used solely for generating requested outputs

4. AI-Generated Voices & Public Figures

Parody & Creative Use
AI-generated voices resembling public figures are fictional interpretations and are not real recordings.

No Affiliation
FishLabs AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any public figure or brand.

5. User Content Responsibility
   You are responsible for all content you create. You agree NOT to:
   • Create deceptive deepfake content
   • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal material
   • Use AI voices for fraud or impersonation

6. Subscriptions & Payments
   Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions must be managed through your account settings.

7. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
   The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse.

9. Age Requirement
   The App is intended for users aged 13+. Users under 18 require parental consent.

10. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
