White Cap Charters is owned and operated by Master Captain Mike Decker. Our home port is Fair Haven, NY, located 45 minutes from Syracuse on beautiful Lake Ontario.

The White Cap is a 30 foot Penn Yan fly bridge fully equipped with all fishing tackle, modern fish finding electronics and navigational equipment including radar. The cabin has a stand up head for your convenience.
