Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Fish ID: AI Fish Finder mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
Fish ID: AI Fish Finder is intended for users aged 4 and older, as rated on the Apple App Store. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Fish ID: AI Fish Finder uses artificial intelligence (AI) to identify fish species from photos uploaded by users.
The App provides general information such as species type and features for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The App does not require user registration or login; all processes occur temporarily on the device.

Premium unlocks the following additional features:
Unlimited fish identifications
Save identified fish to your personal collection
Add notes to each fish
Free Users:
Free users receive 2 free identifications upon first use. After the limit is reached, a Premium upgrade is required.
Billing & Management:
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple App Store account.
Your account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store account settings.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload ("Content").
Photos are processed temporarily for fish identification purposes only.
If you delete a fish or your collection, the corresponding images are also deleted.
Your content is used exclusively to operate and improve the App’s services and is never shared with third parties.
The App and its original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
All information provided by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Fish identifications are generated by AI predictions and are not guaranteed to be scientifically accurate.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
In no event shall we, our affiliates, partners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
