1. Information Collection and Use

Fiscal Atelier operates under a Local-First, Privacy-First Architecture. We believe that your financial information is deeply personal and should remain under your absolute control.

A. Personally Identifiable Information (Optional)

• Optional Account Registration: The App can be used completely offline with local storage. If you choose to enable cloud synchronization and back up your data, you may voluntarily sign in using your Google account (Gmail).

• Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google, we securely receive your profile metadata (such as your name, email address, and profile photo URL) via Firebase Authentication. This information is only used to manage your user profile and authenticate security tokens to your cloud database.

B. Financial & Transactional Data (Encrypted)

• Locally Encrypted Capital Records: Any transactions, ledger entries, or account details you enter into the App are encrypted locally on your Android device using robust AES-256 encryption.

• Firebase Cloud Storage (Optional Sync): If you sign in, your encrypted financial ledger is synchronized over secure channels (HTTPS) to our Firebase Firestore cloud database. The data remains encrypted to prevent unauthorized reading or tampering.

C. Voice Notes and Companion Input (AI Processing)

• AI Voice Parsing: When using the AI Voice Companion to transcribe and strategic-classify transaction entries, your audio files are parsed. This text is securely forwarded to Google Gemini API routes to isolate and categorize figures (e.g., matching inputs against classification metrics). No personal profile data or account identifier keys are dispatched alongside the Gemini API transaction text.

2. Encryption and Data Security

We implement rigorous technical measures to safeguard your financial privacy:

1. Local AES-256 Vault: Your ledger entries are encrypted on-device before the App attempts any write cycle to local device storage.

2. Zero-Knowledge cloud uploads: When backing up, the records saved to our secured cloud Firestore cluster remain ciphertext, keeping the contents private.

3. Secure Transmission: All network traffic between your app and third-party systems is compiled over encrypted TLS protocols (HTTPS).

3. Third-Party Service Integrations

To deliver high-performance cloud operations, authentication, and voice-to-text intelligence, we utilize trusted third-party architectures governed by their respective privacy outlines:

• Google Play Services: Used to support core Google Android application performance, push alerts, and asset pipelines. Google Play Services Privacy Policy

4. Children’s Privacy

These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event that we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can execute necessary deletion routines.

5. Data Access, Export, and Deletion Rights

You retain full legal ownership and control of your financial records:

• Cloud Data Erasure: If you have created a cloud-saved profile and wish to permanently delete your data from our database, you may initiate account deletion directly via the Studio Settings tab inside the App. Alternatively, you can email us directly to request immediate total elimination of your records.

• Local Reset: You can clear all cached files, database states, and local storage values at any time by wiping Application Data in your Android System Settings.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
