Submission: Free to apply
Participation Fee: $35 per artist for up to 3 accepted pieces
Additional pieces: $10 each (for work beyond the first 3 accepted)
Fees are due at drop-off.
Sales
No commission taken β artists keep 100% of their sales.
Artists handle sales directly with patrons.
Artists are expected to:
Promote the show and receptions
Invite art buyers and guests
Attend, mingle, and bring refreshments for receptions
Entry Guidelines
Artists may submit up to 3 works.
Submit JPEG images labeled with: Artist Name_Title_Dimensions.
Example: Kris Kollasch_Jazz It Up_12x12Β
Image size: max 2 MB, or 6 inches on the longest side.
Provide high-quality images, as accepted work will be promoted on social media.
Entry Form Information Required:
Artist Name (as it should appear on labels)
Title, Size, Medium, and Price
Contact Info (name, email, phone, website, social media)
Confirmation of availability to attend receptions (Nov 7, Dec 5, Jan 16
Artwork Requirements
Maximum size: 12β x 12β (x12β) (excluding frame)
All work must be professionally prepared:
Label each piece with Name, Phone Number, and Title
2D work: wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers)
3D work: max 30 lbs; large works must be installed by the artist
Artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up, or may arrange alternatives in advance by emailing FirstStudioGallery@gmail.com
