The first steps room values individualized learning plans which are customized with each parent  to meet the need of each child in our care. 

Children learn best through play and socialization with their peers. Our teachers work hard to engage children by attending to their play and enhancing it with vocabulary, math concepts, and foundational social skills.

All of the children in the first steps program have a Jesus Time each day where the teachers read Bible stories, and share religious concepts- such as prayer, morality, etc. with the children.
