NOTE: THIS IFS EVENT NO LONGER HAS A SELFIE REQUIREMENT.

IFS Selfie Requirements

IFS Selfies are required by FevGames, the party that runs the IFS program. These selfies will be placed in a collage with other attendees. Please read the following guidelines on IFS selfies.

IFS Selfie Guidelines

Valid IFS Selfies should:

Clearly contain you in the photo. You may hide your face with a mask, plushie, etc.
Be family friendly.
Be an original, unedited picture. Our group will not be verified if we contain repeat selfies from previous events.

In addition, each Valid IFS Selfie should:

Contain an Ingress-based item (Scanners are allowed) -OR-
Clearly a faction-based item (such as a Smurf plushie or a Frog hat) -OR-
Include a visible handwritten note with the date and location of the IFS event -OR-
Demonstrate clearly that you are at a portal featured in the target city

If you want to be counted for attendance but do *not* want to be featured in the collage, please submit a Valid IFS Selfie with a clear handwritten note stating that you do not want to be featured in the collage. No additional explanation is needed.

If you are in a situation where you cannot meet these criteria, please message Bihotz (TG: ndn_bihotz) in advance.

Examples of valid IFS selfies

ACCEPTED

Clearly shows an Agent carrying Ingress-related and faction-related items.

ACCEPTED

Valid for Mercer Island IFS event only. Clearly shows the Agent at a key portal in the featured city.

ACCEPTED

Clearly contains a person and an Ingress-related item. The Agent's face is not required to be visible.

Examples of NON-Valid IFS Selfies

REJECTED

Agent is not showing a clear human presence.

Solution: Instead of taking a screenshot, have someone take a picture of you holding your scanner to the camera.

REJECTED

Agent is not holding, wearing, or displaying Ingress-related or faction-based items.

Solution: Display Ingress-related or faction-based items.

REJECTED

Agent is not showing a clear human presence.

Solution: Take a selfie with yourself holding (or next to) the items instead.
