1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the SuppleTracker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”), developed by First Light Interactive as a commercial service available on Google Play.
The Application is provided “AS IS” and is designed to help users manage their supplements, medications, sports routines, procedures, and dosing schedules.

2. Information Collection and Use

Locally Processed Data

All data you enter into the Application — including information about supplements, medications, procedures, activities, schedules, and dosage times — is processed and stored locally on your device.
This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted, collected, or analyzed by the developer or any third parties.

The locally stored data includes:

• Supplement, medication, and activity records

• Dosage times and schedules

• Notifications and reminders

• User preferences and settings

This data is used solely for the purpose of maintaining your personalized experience within the Application.

Optional Notifications

The Application may request permission to send notifications when you add your first supplement or medication.
Granting this permission is optional, and you can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Subscription and Payment Information

The Application supports in-app subscriptions and purchases through the official Google Play Billing system.
All payment information (such as transaction history and payment method) is processed securely by Google Play and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
The developer does not receive or store any payment-related data.

Network Access

Network access is used only for verifying and managing subscriptions through Google Play.
No other data is transmitted or collected via the internet.

Background Functionality

The Application uses a system background worker to schedule daily tasks such as preparing a new day for tracking.
This process runs locally and does not transmit any user data externally.

The Application uses open-source components such as .NET MAUI Community Toolkit, SQLite-net, and Plugin.LocalNotification to enable its core functionality. These libraries operate entirely on-device and do not collect or transmit any personal information. 

3. Future Cloud Backup (Planned Feature)

In the future, the Application may introduce an optional cloud backup feature to allow users to save and restore their data securely.
If implemented, this feature will be optional and users will be clearly informed about what data is uploaded, how it is stored, and how they can delete it.
This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before such functionality is made available.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All user data is stored locally on your device and remains there until you delete it.
You can remove all data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the Application, or

• Using your device’s “Clear app data” option.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
No personal data is knowingly collected from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that their child has entered personal information into the Application, they can delete it by removing the app or clearing its data.

6. Security

The developer is committed to protecting your privacy.
Because SuppleTracker does not transmit personal information outside your device, the main responsibility for protecting your data lies with your device’s security (such as screen lock, operating system updates, and backups).

7. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates only with Google Play Billing for subscription management.
All data processed by this service is handled according to Google’s Privacy Policy:

No other third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising services are integrated into the Application.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
You will be notified of any significant changes via the official First Light Interactive Privacy Policy page at:

Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
