Welcome!

We created this website because we want to transmit NVC as we received it from Marshall.

We want to share with you who Marshall was, how he came to NVC, our experiences of him in and outside of trainings, and most importantly what we received as NVC.

As time passes, fewer people know Marshall or NVC as he shared it with us.  And second and third and fourth generation NVC practitioners receive various understandings of NVC. We, therefore, want to preserve what we received and share that with you. 

We want to convey what we have learned from Marshall, which we together hold as key concepts of NVC and which also distinguishes NVC from other approaches to living.

We do the above in hopes of preserving what we have received as Marshall's legacy, including how NVC got started and what is core to NVC.
