I first started working as a child care worker with children labelled emotionally disturbed. It was there that I learned how to navigate strong emotions. For years I counselled individuals and families before meeting Marshall,   I travelled with Marshall, off and on, for about 10 yrs, served on several boards of directors of NVC before CNVC became an entity.
