Beliefs

We believe that the King James Bible is the word of God without error. (2 Timothy 3:16; Psalm 12:6-7)

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith. Being born again by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is the only requirement for salvation. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5)

We believe in the eternal security of the believer (once saved, always saved). (John 3:16; 1 John 5:11-13)

We believe in baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. We reject sprinkling and pouring. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6)

We believe that the unsaved will spend eternity in torment in a literal hell. (John 3:36; Luke 16:19-31)

We believe that Jesus is God, and that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that God consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, and that these three are one (1 John 5:7).

We believe only in the local church and not in a universal church. (1 Corinthians 12:27)

We reject the teaching of Calvinism and believe that God wants everyone to be saved. (John 3:16; Revelation 22:17; Romans 10:9-13)

We believe in the pre-millennium return of Christ. (Revelation 1:7, 3:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

We believe that life begins at conception (fertilization) and reject all forms of abortion. (Psalm 139:14-15)

We believe that homosexuality is a sin and an abomination to God. (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:18-32)

We oppose worldliness, modernism, formalism, and liberalism. (1 Corinthians 6:15-20; 2 Corinthians 6:14-18; 1 John 2:15-17)
