Rider / Driver Policies:
Account Requirements:
Riders must provide valid QID, a valid license, and vehicle registration.
Proof of work eligibility and insurance may be required.
Vehicle Standards:
Vehicles (cars, bikes) must meet safety and operational standards.
Regular maintenance and cleanliness are mandatory.
Professional Conduct:
Riders must behave professionally and courteously with customers, merchants, and other parties.
Adherence to traffic laws and safe driving practices is required.
Hygiene Policy:
Strict hygiene standards must be maintained at all times.
Riders and drivers are expected to be clean, fresh, and presentable. They must also smell good, particularly during the summer months. Non-compliance will result in strict action.
Uniform Policy:
All riders and drivers must wear the designated uniform and use the thermal bag during deliveries.
Failure to comply will result in a fine.
Schedule Policy:
Riders and drivers must adhere to their assigned schedules.
Penalties for schedule violations include:
First offense: Warning.
Second offense: One-day suspension.
Third offense: Permanent termination.
Inactive accounts during the weekend (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) may incur a fine of 200 QR and potential account blocking.
Accounts blocked due to Cash on Delivery (COD) issues will face fines if they remain inactive.
Blocked Policy:
Riders and drivers who are blocked for more than 5 days will be permanently terminated.
Order Handling:
Riders and drivers must ensure food safety during transportation, using insulated bags to maintain proper temperatures.
Orders should be delivered promptly and accurately.
Platform Use:
Riders are required to use the app responsibly, including accepting orders within reasonable limits and adhering to cancellation policies.
Sharing account credentials or subcontracting deliveries is prohibited.
Ratings and Reviews:
Riders and drivers are evaluated based on customer ratings. Poor performance or multiple complaints may lead to account suspension.
