Terms and Conditions – First 100

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the First 100 mobile app ("First 100" or the "App") provided by MD Developer Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use First 100.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for all activity on your First 100 account.

• Only one First 100 account per person and per phone is allowed.

• Keep your information accurate and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

3. How testing works

• A test means installing another member's app from Google Play and genuinely using it for at least 30 seconds a day, on 5 consecutive days, and then submitting honest feedback.

• Missing a day ends the test. Tests are verified using Android's Usage Access permission, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Feedback must be your own honest opinion, relevant to the app, and written in good faith.

4. Moon coins

• Moon coins are earned by completing tests and other in-app actions, and are spent to list your own apps.

• Moon coins are a virtual in-app reward only. They have no cash or monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or redeemed outside the App.

• We may change how coins are earned or spent, listing limits and prices at any time.

• Coins earned by breaking these Terms may be removed. All coins are lost when your account is deleted or terminated.

5. Listing your app

• You may only list apps that you own or are authorised to promote, and that are available on Google Play.

• Listed apps must comply with Google Play policies and applicable law. Apps that are malware, illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive or harmful are not allowed.

• Listing limits apply (currently one app per week and four per month). A listing becomes inactive when it reaches its tester goal or if the app is removed from Google Play.

• You allow us to display your app's public Google Play information (name, icon, screenshots, description, category and link) inside First 100.

• We may hide or remove any listing at our discretion, for example for policy violations or inactivity.

6. No guarantees for developers

First 100 helps you find real testers, but we do not guarantee any number of testers, installs, reviews, ratings or feedback quality. We do not guarantee that using First 100 will meet Google Play's closed-testing or production-access requirements, or that Google will approve your app. First 100 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

7. Prohibited behaviour

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or use more than one account on a phone

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, auto-clickers or any method to fake tests, usage time or check-ins

• Trade, buy or sell coins, tests, reviews or feedback, inside or outside the App

• Post feedback or replies that are spam, abusive, hateful, sexual, misleading or that contain personal data of others

• Ask testers to leave fake Google Play ratings or reviews, or offer rewards for them

• Reverse engineer, hack, overload or interfere with the App or its servers

• Use the App for anything illegal or that breaks Google Play policies

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the feedback and replies you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content within the App so it can be shown to the relevant app owner or testers. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.

9. Third-party apps

Apps listed on First 100 are made by other developers, not by us. You install them from Google Play at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content, behaviour, data practices, in-app purchases or any harm they cause. Please review each app's own privacy policy and permissions before installing.

10. Advertising

First 100 is free and may show ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they advertise.

11. Intellectual property

The First 100 name, logo, design and software belong to MD Developer Studio. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove coins or listings, or restrict features at any time if you break these Terms, abuse the system, or if required by law. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

13. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free or secure, or that coins, tests or data will never be lost.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Developer Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the App or of any third-party app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MD Developer Studio against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, the apps you list, or the content you post.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Effective date" above and, for important changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
