AMCFESM is situated in a very calm and quiet atmosphere, at the outskirts of the city of Yavatmal in Pansharkawada. The environment is fresh and lonely enabling students to concentrate on their studies. The curriculum is designed with regular practical and technical visits. Students are regularly exposed to various fire fighting appliances and equipment's. To cater the needs of the outstation students separate hired hostels and quality mess facilities for boys and girls are provided at reasonable rates.
AMCFESM is mainly focuses on the innovative approach to Fire Engineering and Safety Management. It has a very noble cause of fulfilling the need of our society and country by providing effective education and highest standard training to the students in this field, resulting ultimately into the reduction of the precious human life and valued property loss due to Fires. AMCFESM is continuously striving to achieve this goal by conducting various courses with extensive practical/technical visits/Attachment Training Programs.
AMCFESM is committed to provide better education, to ensure that all the students get better and quick jobs they are provided with practical attachment training in leading organizations like Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers, MSEB Thermal Power Station, and Municipal Corporations etc.

AMCFESM and (SIMS) both jointly conducted a "Job Carnival "in the recent past during September 2011. Representatives from various prominent firms assigned at college premises and selected a good number of promising candidates. Time to time these kinds of Job Carnivals are Conducted regularly by us for bright Career prospectus regularly by us for bright career prospectus for our students & also for other college students.
Placement Cell
A.M.College of Fire Engineering and Safety Management are having its own placement cell. Various firms of private sector and other government organizations are seeking for better products of our college. Time to time we fulfill those required vacancies as demanded. One should be ready to move any where in the country. These are enough jobs for our students.
Organizing Training Programme for Public/ Institute/firm etc.
Periodically training classes are conducted by this college by going to various institute, firms and public sector organizations. Important Knowledge about Fire and its preventive measures along with proper use and application of Fire equipments is important to all the office bearers/ workers/staff recently we visited Dainik Bhaskar, Electricity board.
Campus Interview
During the recent past Indians leading steel giant. "Jindal Group" based, selected more than 3 students if IT! Cadre from our College Campus in Dec 2012. After this, another reputed Company L & T Visited two times in our Campus very recently and selected more than 12-15 students. College management is very keen to place the students in better position from the job point of View.
Career Guidance Cell
The cell is established by the institute which includes senior professors and faculty members and has been guiding the students in overall personality development including debating, group discussion, mock interviews etc. which is of prime importance in the engineering career.

A special recruitment cell is appointed by the institute for taking care of the training and placement of the student after completion of the course keeping view towards job prospectus in India and Abroad. Regular liberation with experienced academicians, industrial experts keep the student abreast with the ever-changing trends of the market.
