Fundamental Research
From combustion and smoke control experiments to fire characterization and smoke control system development, the Department of Fire Protection Engineering at PKNU remains at the forefront for developing technology needed for the next generationf of fire safety.
We are addressing grand challenges facing fire safy technology, such as the need for fire risk reduction, effective smoke control, and the fire retardant materials. Active research collaboration with established center within department and many research centers, greatly add to our research capabilities.
Testing and Devlopment
We are ready to take on development challenges relevant to the fire safety industry with our fire test facility.
Our staff and studnets are eager to use our facility to help improve the suppression of fire and smoke contorl system solutions.
Please contact us directly to see how we can help you meet your testing needs.
