We have written policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for all types of industries. If you need a safe work procedure developed, we can start with a Job Safety Analysis (JSA). We perform detailed JSAs and what we call Job Proficiency Analyses (JPAs). While developing the safest way to complete a job, you should identify the most proficient use of time and materials as well. We will guide a team of employees familiar with the job through the development process and assist with finalizing outcomes. The result should be the most appropriate use of time, tools, equipment, and raw materials to complete the job in the safest manor. The specific steps of how the job is completed become the procedure. If there are multiple, acceptable means to accomplish particular steps, their boundaries become the guidelines.
We can train your employees on any OSHA related topic, provide monthly safety training, CPR-1st-aid, and more. Certain EPA regulations require training as well such as emergency response, SWPPP, and some Clean Air Act laws. Give us a call or fill out the contact form if you want to discuss what we can do for you.
Inspections:
We can inspect specific processes or areas within your facility. For example, we can inspect your welding, cutting, and fabrication shop because you are concerned about the associated hazards. We can inspect electrical systems, disconnects, breaker panels, outlets, and work procedures associated with high voltage and your arc flash protection. If you have a problem with cuts and just want us to inspect the processes and areas in which your employees are sustaining the highest rate of cuts, we can identify areas for improvement.
Audit: We also offer a comprehensive audit of your entire facility and every process, hazard, employee interaction, training records, and injury/illness record keeping. We will identify your Experience Modification Rating and determine how you can save money, potentially a lot of money, on direct cost and worker's compensation insurance.
