Do you remember yourself as a kid? It was the age of dreams, a fun time where nothing bothers us. Happiness means getting to watch our favorite cartoons and playing with our friends. It was a world full of happiness until we grow up and have responsibilities. Other things start to replace our slowly fading dreams. We continue to live our lives, but we forget our real dreams and happiness. 

“ FIRE FRIEND ” was created as a representative to spark the fire in my life and my own work of art. I want to pass on these Fire Friends to those who are burnt out to have the strength to get up and fight to live life and be happy again.

I may prefer muted colors now, but using the bright tones from my childhood memories in the 80s-90s and my favorite pop art style make me feel like a kid again. This exhibition creates a world of Fire Friends, where everyone can have fun, talk, meet new friends, and spark the fire in each other. Welcome to Fire Friend Town.
