Multiple S Weapon Ranks can be obtained per character.
S Rank bonus for weapons is upped to +15 hit and crit.

Crit bonus upped from 15 to 30. Snipers, Wyvern Knights, Druids, and Assassins get this bonus.
Dancer rings also refresh units.
While never explicitly stated in-game, Delilah can use lockpicks and controls the convoy, and Sir Gamerson gets a crit bonus.
Not technically a change, but note that when an item other than a basic weapon type or Vulnerary appears in a shop, it is likely the only place you will get to buy them.
