This privacy policy applies to the Fire Safety mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created for Android devices. This Application serves as a building safety evaluation tool based on regulatory standards.
The Application is designed with a "privacy-first" and local-only architecture for your evaluation inputs.
Questionnaire and Evaluation Data: All responses, choices, questionnaire progression, and compliance evaluation results are processed and stored strictly on your mobile device. This data is completely isolated locally; it is never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by our servers or any unauthorized third parties.
No Personal Account Information: The Application does not require any user registration, account creation, or login credentials. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
To ensure the Application remains reliable, stable, and free of system crashes, the Application utilizes third-party services provided by Google. These services process limited technical data required for core app functionality.

What Firebase Crashlytics Collects:
When a technical error or app crash occurs, Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects diagnostic information, which includes:
Crash Logs & Stack Traces: Technical readouts of what line of code caused an error.
Device Diagnostics: Information such as device model name, operating system version, CPU architecture, proximity to cellular networks/Wi-Fi, orientation, and battery status at the exact time of a crash.
Installation UUIDs: A randomized, anonymized unique string assigned to your app installation to count how many individual devices are experiencing the same crash event.
Crucial Note: Firebase Crashlytics does not collect or associate your local questionnaire inputs, compliance outcomes, or any personally identifiable information (PII) with these technical crash logs.
Local Data: Since your evaluation progress and questionnaire data remain directly inside the Application on your device, it persists as long as the app is installed. You can delete this data instantly at any time by clearing the Application's cache/storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Diagnostic Data: Anonymized technical crash logs sent to Firebase Crashlytics are automatically retained by Google for a standard duration of up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted externally by the core app functions, the Application complies safely with global privacy standards regarding minor protection.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in app functionality or platform requirements. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
