A message from me to you...

Running for Governor is no easy task. Especially when your opponents is trying to buy a majority of the votes with various pieces of legislation. They do want a better life for all citizens, but they truly want power over everyone. Take AB.160 Atlantic Ending of Homelessness Act, a law designed to fight homelessness. This bill, signed in by Governor Ambassador, punishes those who cannot find a renter for their unit, to the point that growth is heavily impeded. This is done setting a base 50% property tax, worth half of the value of the property, on anyone who cannot rent out their unit within six months. This means that if a tenant leaves and no one wants to pay a competitive price for your property, that you will lose the ENTIRE value of your property quickly. This gives the state eminence power over the free market, and will slow growth and job opportunities in the construction industry. But it gets worse. AB.327: The CommonHealth Act gives everyone in the Atlantic Commonwealth around $4,425 worth of healthcare. The total allocated in the budget for the CommonHealth business this year alone is $200 billion.

This is unjustifiable and a great challenge we must face. Better solutions exist than these acts, which purely buy votes. We need solutions that do not infringe on your liberties or rights.
