Forms

Certificated teachers can request up to a $200 grant, including shipping, tax and/or any fees associated with the purchase. Grants will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis by the PTA board. Grants will be open until our allotted budget of $1,000 per year is met. Approved grantees cannot apply the following year.
