I am the David L. Boren and L.J. Semrod Presidential Professor of Economics, and the co-director of Center for Peace and Development at the University of Oklahoma (Norman, OK). My main fields of research are development economics and international economics, focusing on the issues of structural change, long run development and growth, financial globalization, South-South trade and finance, and political economy of development.
